Jackie has several years experience working in the property inventory business and has completed a vast amount of inventory, check out and mid term inspection reports, working on behalf of several national agents, independent lettings agents and private landlords.

Having worked in the estate agency profession for several years, including running her own estate agency business which dealt with residential sales, overseas property transactions and residential lettings. It was through this work, she has gained a sound understanding what letting agents and landlords can be up against in the challenging world of lettings.

 

Experience has shown employing a independent inventory company removes all bias and minimises discrepancies surrounding dilapidations at the end of a tenancy, and of course is a excellent additional income stream for the agent.

In more recent years, Jackie has embraced professional photography, contracted to a London based provider working along side prestigious estate agents in the Hampshire and surrounding areas.  Shoots range from residential letting properties to holiday homes and is an area Jackie is excited to work in under her own business umbrella.
