The check out
Any changes in condition to the properties fixtures and fittings, whether considered excessive for the tenancy duration or not will be recorded by way of accompanying text and photographic proof. As with the Inventory, date stamped photographs will be included in the report.
The original inventory will be used to the compare current condition against the condition recorded on the inventory at the tenancies outset. All changes are logged and photographed

The check in & mid terms
At the Check in, any changes to the original Inventory can be made by the ingoing tenant within a fixed time period, agreed with the client, by accessing the document online and e-signing the Inventory.

The Mid Term Inspection provides a valuable insight into how a tenant is looking after the property in terms of general care and cleanliness, along with uncovering any maintenance issues, damage, neglect and unauthorised pets or people
The Property will be reviewed in terms of the general cleanliness, along with highlighting any maintenance and repair issues.
We take professional photographs too.
